How do you measure your bra size with the Bra Tape Measure?



To make your breasts as natural as possible, do not wear a bra or an unpadded bra while in taking a measurement.



Step 1

Place the tape measure across your back at the level of the bra band, measure your torso just below your chest, where a bra band would be attached. The tape should be level and snug.



Step 2

Place the tape measure at the widest part of your chest, this is your bust measurement.



Step 3

Subtract the band size from the bust chest to find the correct cup size.
